When packing the uncooked spring rolls into a container for freezing, make sure the spring rolls are not in contact with each other, otherwise they are likely to stick to each other. Use pieces of cling film to separate them.
When you want to serve these spring rolls again, simply take the frozen rolls straight out of the freezer and fry them in hot oil. There is no need to thaw them.
